2000 Pontiac Sunfire SE Sedan 4-Door 2.2L in Milwaukee, Wisconsin For Sale

Hi, up for auction is a xxxx Pontiac sunfire 4 door sedan sold as is.
xxxx00 miles well taken care of barely any rust maybe some spots but nothing major I will sand and touch up the spots before it is sold. I bought this at xxxx00 miles and made many repairs. Gave it to my sister but she is moving to Texas and wants a bigger car so I am selling it for the both of us.
Runs and rides great it has a 2.2 l about 22 to 28 mpg great on gas. Has Remote Start.
Repairs that were made
Alternator, belt, tune up, muffler strap, flex pipe, battery, brakes front and rear, tie rod ends, fuel filler tube, canister vent solenoid and valve, upper and lower trans cooler lines, thermostat upper and lower and heater core hoses, painted hood and roof and part of the side because it was sun faded, tires are around 6/32, fuel filter, air filter, oil changes regularly done xxxx, has remote start, radiator, idler pulley, and I think that's about it.
Things it needs, check engine light for an evap leak I smoke tested it and it's coming from on top of the tank probably a vent valve or pump check valve or seal.
