Custom Built Gaming PC: Valuing at around $800/$925 (value comprised of still available parts at bare minimum used value or parts of equivalent performance. Value price is without/with available 2nd 23" monitor)

I've checked already, you are going to be hard pressed to get something like this at this price and with the available 2nd monitor, not going to come close.

This PC was not a 24/7 machine and only on for a few hours per day. I have ran the CPU stable at xxxxmhz with it undervolted, though it was primarily run at an extremely modest ~ 10%-20% overclock (This machine was able to handle everything I asked of it without having to push it). The CPU was never overvolted and was never pushed to see how far it could go so there is the potential for even more.
Last game this PC was run with was Final Fantasy XIV:ARR and was capable of near max settings without much of any sort of issues.
*The PC does does not have an activated operating system but will come with a Windows 7 trial installed.
