Hard drive has been erased and Windows 7 Professional 64 bit was installed. The hard drive is otherwise empty and has nobody else's stuff on it.
HP doesn't "officially" support this processor, but the motherboards chipset full supports first gen Core 2 Quads. All this means is you have to hit "F1" when the computer is first turned on. I read a lot of forums and besides having to hit F1 this system has no problems running a first gen Core 2 Quad.
Computer gets very good experience scores!
Processor and memory scores a 7.1 out of 7.9
Video card in 2D and 3D graphics scores a 6.9 out of 7.9
Hard drives scores a 5.9 out of 7.9 (highest possible score for a mechanical hard drive)
Computer is very fast, starts up and shuts down quickly. GTA IV is installed to show how it plays games. I can leave it on or take it off upon request.
