I am moving June 1st and need to fill my room. The lease goes until August 1st, but you have the option to continue it for another year. My room mate may or may not continue another year, but will for sure be here until July 31st. Rent is $447.50, with no utilities included. Utilities (Electric & Internet) usually is between $50-$75 a month, and getting cheaper since it is warming up. The place is very nice/modern with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, newer windows and furnace. All appliances are included including a dishwasher. There is laundry in the basement, but you need to pay for it. You may also store belongings downstairs. My room mate is in his late 20s who is very active and very easy to get along with. He goes out on the weekends and is usually active at the gym or different events during the weekdays. He picks up after himself and is very respectful of your belongings. Great room mate to have.
